Thanks to its strategic and privileged geographical position on both the Mediterranean and Atlantic coasts, and its proximity to Europe (the country's leading economic partner) as the gateway to Africa, the Tangier-Tetouan-Al-Hoceima region is at the heart of the world's maritime trade network, a significant part of which transits through the Strait of Gibraltar, and plays a dynamic role in the country's industrialization.<\/p>

Apart from the advantages conferred by the national and territorial development strategy initiated by King Mohammed VI, it is worth noting the existence of an adequate and timely infrastructure allowing the region of Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima to be a pole of attraction of first choice for domestic and foreign investors<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

For example, the port of Tangier Med is a global logistics hub, located on the Strait of Gibraltar and connected to more than 180 ports and 70 countries, offering handling capacities for 9 million containers, 7 million passengers, 700,000 TIR trucks and 1 million vehicles. Tangier Med is an industrial hub for more than 1,100 companies with an annual business volume of EUR 8,600 million in various sectors such as automotive, aeronautics, logistics, textiles and trade, whose development is stimulated by the availability of a young, qualified and well-trained workforce.<\/p>

All these factors have made the Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima Region a new industrial hub in the Kingdom, and the 2nd economic hub after the Greater Casablanca region. In contrast to the Greater Casablanca region, the industry that is developing here is even more export-oriented than before. Tangier-Tetouan's extraversion rate is 6%, compared with 2% for Casablanca and a national average of 3%.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
