If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we invite you to review our returns and refunds policy below, or contact us if there is any ambiguity.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Return conditions :<\/strong><\/h3><p>If you wish to return an order, simply inform us of your decision. To do so, please<strong>We<\/strong>\u00a0call us on 0<strong>539 392 69. <\/strong>Please have your order number ready; one of our customer service staff will check your order details and process your return.<\/p><p>If you wish to return your order after receiving it,\u00a0<strong>you<\/strong>\u00a0must return the items to us within a period not exceeding 60 days from the date of receipt of your order.<\/p><p>We reserve the right to refuse the return of any product that does not meet the following conditions: products returned within 60 days must be unused and in their original packaging.<\/p><p>You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the shoes are damaged or defective.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Repayment terms :<\/strong><\/h3><p>In the case of a return without exchange: Your order will be reimbursed via the original payment method used to pay for your purchase.
