Return conditions :
If you wish to return an order, simply inform us of your decision. To do so, pleaseWe call us on 0539 392 69. Please have your order number ready; one of our customer service staff will check your order details and process your return.
If you wish to return your order after receiving it, you must return the items to us within a period not exceeding 60 days from the date of receipt of your order.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of any product that does not meet the following conditions: products returned within 60 days must be unused and in their original packaging.
You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the shoes are damaged or defective.
Repayment terms :
In the case of a return without exchange: Your order will be reimbursed via the original payment method used to pay for your purchase. This will be done within 14 days of receipt of your return.
Delivery charges will not be refunded.
Personalized or custom-made shoes are not eligible for the right of withdrawal.
